Prompture Closed alpha

Capture every AI prompt you write. Link it to your commits.

Prompture is a CLI with git hooks. It captures the prompts you give coding agents, matches each one to the commit it led to, and builds a verified record of how you work with AI: sessions, tokens, and what the prompts produced.

Prompt to commit

A prompt is written. A commit lands. Prompture draws the line between them.

A prompt is captured from the agent as you write it. A commit lands. The post-commit hook runs. Six signals score the pair: time, files, message, meaning, author, branch and tool. The match waits in your inbox for you to confirm or reject.

What it does.

The CLI captures; the matcher links; the dashboard shows what came of it. Nothing is counted as yours until you confirm it.

  • CLI and git hooks

prompture init links your git identity, installs post-commit and pre-push hooks, and registers the repository. Then you work as usual.

  • Prompt capture

Prompts are captured from Claude Code in real time and from Codex CLI's local session logs, filtered to the current repository.

  • Six-signal matching

Temporal proximity, file overlap, message overlap, semantic similarity, author identity, and branch plus tool. Matches below a confidence floor are discarded.

  • Inbox

Pending matches wait for you to confirm or reject, with the score behind each signal shown. Keyboard navigable.

  • Sessions and tokens

A session-level view with duration, tokens, lines changed and branches, and token usage by period, model and project.

  • Coaching

A periodic report with one observation, one suggestion and one strength, and a daily log of what you did with AI each day.

Three steps, then forget it is there.

The hooks do the work after each commit and before each push.

  1. 1

    Install the CLI

One script for macOS and Linux, one for Windows. Sign in, create an API key, and the CLI holds it for you.

  2. 2

    Initialise a repository

prompture init in the project you want tracked. It appears on your dashboard straight away.

  3. 3

    Work normally

Use Claude Code or Codex CLI. Commit. Push. The pre-push hook syncs captured sessions and the matcher does the rest.

Closed alpha. Ask for a seat.

Prompture is in a closed alpha with a small group of developers. If you write a lot of prompts and commit a lot of code, we would like to hear from you.
